Terms of Service
Effective 13 August 2026. CueVexa is a product of OkangGroup. These terms govern use of the CueVexa website, customer account, testing programme, downloads and online services. Use of CueVexa DJ Studio software is also subject to the applicable End User Licence Agreement (EULA).
Pre-launch draft for approval by OkangGroup and qualified counsel. It must not be presented as final until an effective date, legal entity details and contact address are approved.
Using CueVexa
You may use CueVexa only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms, the applicable licence and any product-specific conditions shown when a service, download or entitlement is provided. You must not attempt to bypass security, licensing, entitlement or access controls.
Accounts and Google sign-in
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and protecting access to your account. CueVexa may allow you to authenticate using Google or another approved identity provider. Using a third-party sign-in method does not give CueVexa access to unrelated services in that account. Notify CueVexa Support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Licences and devices
CueVexa DJ Studio features are controlled by the licence and entitlements assigned to your account. Licence tier, device limits, expiry, testing status, offline grace and authorised update channel may vary. You may not copy, forge, alter, share or circumvent licence credentials, signed entitlements or device restrictions.
Testing releases
Internal Test, alpha, beta or other pre-release builds are provided for evaluation and may contain unfinished features or defects. Testers should use only builds and licences assigned to them, follow testing instructions, and avoid relying on a pre-release build where failure could cause material loss. Diagnostic information may be collected where necessary to investigate test results and improve reliability.
Downloads and updates
Installers and updates must be obtained from an authorised CueVexa distribution channel. Availability of a build may depend on your account, licence and assigned release channel. CueVexa may withdraw or replace a build for security, compatibility, quality or legal reasons.
Payments, purchases and refunds
Where paid products or services are offered, the price and applicable payment terms will be shown before purchase. Paid access is issued only after payment has been verified by the relevant payment provider. CueVexa does not treat a browser redirect or unverified payment notification as proof of payment. Refund eligibility is subject to applicable consumer law and the published Refund Policy.
CueVexa Hype content
CueVexa Hype Packs, personalised DJ-name content and other supplied audio assets may carry licence restrictions separate from the software licence. Unless expressly permitted, purchased or assigned Hype content may not be redistributed, resold, extracted for unauthorised use or shared to give another account access it has not purchased or been assigned.
Your music and content
You remain responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed for music, recordings or other content you use with CueVexa. CueVexa does not grant music-performance, broadcast, public-performance or third-party copyright licences.
Acceptable use
Do not use CueVexa to infringe intellectual-property rights, distribute malicious material, interfere with the service, probe or exploit security controls, impersonate another person, commit fraud, or use another person's account or licence without permission.
Service availability and changes
We may change, maintain, suspend or discontinue online functions, builds or features when reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, product development or legal compliance. We aim to design the desktop performance experience so that ordinary online-service interruptions do not unnecessarily disrupt a live set, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Suspension and termination
CueVexa may suspend or restrict an account, licence, download or service where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, payment reversal, security compromise, unlawful activity or a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide information about the reason and available next steps.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, CueVexa and OkangGroup are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorised use, incompatible third-party hardware or software, unlawful content, or use of a testing build contrary to its stated purpose. Any liability limitation is subject to mandatory law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as CueVexa develops or legal and operational requirements change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. Material changes affecting existing paid services will be communicated where required.
