Terms of Service
CueVexa is a product of OkangGroup. These terms govern the website, account and services; the desktop software is also governed by the EULA.
Pre-launch draft for approval by OkangGroup and qualified counsel. It must not be presented as final until an effective date, legal entity details and contact address are approved.
Accounts
Provide accurate details, protect your credentials and notify CueVexa of suspected compromise. Accounts may not be sold, shared to evade licence limits or used unlawfully.
Licences and devices
Paid capability is determined by the server-issued licence and signed entitlements. Device, expiry, offline-grace and update-channel limits shown at purchase or assignment apply.
Payments and refunds
Orders are fulfilled only after verified provider confirmation. Prices, taxes, renewals, cancellation and refund eligibility are shown before purchase and supplemented by the Refund Policy.
Content and acceptable use
You retain rights in content you lawfully supply. Do not upload or use infringing, unlawful, abusive or security-harming material. Hype Packs have separate licence terms.
Availability and changes
Services may change for security, compatibility or legal reasons. CueVexa will not intentionally interrupt a live performance; online services and offline grace remain subject to documented limits.
Termination and liability
Access may be suspended for fraud, abuse, chargeback, compromise or material breach. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. Final liability, governing-law and dispute wording require approval before launch.
