Software Licence Agreement
The CueVexa desktop application is licensed, not sold.
Pre-launch draft for approval by OkangGroup and qualified counsel. It must not be presented as final until an effective date, legal entity details and contact address are approved.
Grant
A personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence is granted for authorised devices and the purchased/assigned tier.
Restrictions
Do not bypass activation, forge entitlements, exceed device limits, redistribute installers or packs, reverse engineer except where law cannot restrict it, or use CueVexa to infringe rights.
Offline and updates
A valid device-bound signed certificate permits offline use for its stated grace/expiry period. Revalidation, minimum supported versions, revoked builds and security updates may be required.
Ownership
CueVexa software, branding and proprietary package formats remain owned by OkangGroup or its licensors. Music and third-party content rights are not supplied by the software licence.
Termination
The licence may be suspended or revoked for material breach, fraud or compromise, subject to mandatory consumer law. Deactivation frees a device slot; deleting local files alone does not.
Warranty/liability
Final consumer guarantees, exclusions, liability cap, governing law and professional-use allocation require legal approval before release.
