Refund Policy
Refund handling must follow applicable UK consumer law and the terms shown at checkout.
Pre-launch draft for approval by OkangGroup and qualified counsel. It must not be presented as final until an effective date, legal entity details and contact address are approved.
Software licences
State the cooling-off process and obtain any legally required express consent before immediate digital supply. Defective or misdescribed software rights are not limited by this policy.
Hype Packs
Unaccessed digital packs may be treated differently from downloaded/personalised content. The checkout must disclose the applicable rule before supply.
Personalised work
Approved custom work, production already begun and customer-approved samples require a clear cancellation and revision policy.
How to request
Provide order reference, account email and reason through the approved support channel. Record decision, provider refund ID, currency/value and fulfilment revocation where lawful.
Timing
Publish provider-specific processing times and the approved OkangGroup contact before accepting payments.
